**Purchasing Lead**:
**Location**:Singapore***:
**As a Purchasing Lead, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining working relationships with suppliers;***:
**Issue and manage Purchase Orders;***:
**Manage and monitor logistics;***:
**Fulfill sales orders for operational needs;***:
**Manage local warehouse;***:
**Support Sales and operations teams;***:
**Manage items and vendors in Salesforce.***:
**Responsibilities will mainly include**:

- **Product sourcing.***:

- **Support sales team with vendor price enquires during pre-sales stage.***:

- **Manage new vendor onboarding process and general vendor management; build suppliers record and
update it timely.***:

- **Issue PO according to operational needs.***:

- **Track and trace all PO delivery.***:

- **Warehouse & Inventory management. Control inventory item in/out strictly, manage all stock record
accurately, and achieve zero discrepancy.***:

- **Receive items, fulfill Sales Orders and transfer inventory based on operational needs.***:

- **Manage faulty product replacements and RMA process with vendors.***:

- **Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery and other contract and PO related terms with vendors.***:

- **Build long-term partnerships with vendors.***:

- **Manage Singapore, SEA and regional shipping and logistics for projects.***:

- **Manage vendor invoice and payment process with finance team.***:

- **Update all item cost and price in the system; ensure all item price in the system is accurate.***:

- **Reduce long aging inventory.***:

- **Support finance team for stock taking for monthly closing.***:

- **Support project team to prepare delivery order and equipment delivery.***:

- **Provide monthly purchasing reports to management team.***:
**These are the main qualifications we are looking for**:

- **Min 5 years working experience in a purchasing function.***:

- **Strong negotiation skills.***:

- **Understanding and experience with import, export, and customs policies in Singapore and APAC region.***:

- **Experience with Warehouse Management.***:

- **Detailed oriented.***:
