**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Purpose**:
To provide The Kumon Method instruction and business support to enable Kumon franchisees to develop Kumon education centres and the Kumon brand in their communities.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Establishing a trusting relationship with franchisees by working together to implement comprehensive centre development plans that lead to student and centre growth.
- Achieving student number, retention and instructional goals for franchisees and providing centre development support to your allocated franchisees.
- Motivating franchisees by providing appropriate learning opportunities to them including workshops, seminars, voluntary study groups, mentor system and sharing of best practice.
- Resolving conflicts, customer complaints, and any centre issues in consultation with the team leader and franchisees.
- Championing the promotion of the Kumon brand.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
- Min. 3 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Strong customer focus and experience in relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion to work in the education sector.
- Confidence in communicating with children.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Relevant experience in a field such as customer service, business development, training or education would be highly regarded.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
