We are seeking a **Youth Development Consultant (Advanced Track)**to join our leadership and consultancy team.

This role is **not an entry-level trainer position**. It is designed for individuals who already have training experience and are now ready to step into **business development, consultancy with schools, and strategic partnerships**.

As a Consultant, you will still contribute to programme facilitation where needed, but your main responsibility will be to **engage with school leaders and stakeholders, co-design learning roadmaps, and grow our organisation’s impact through partnerships and consultancy**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with **school leaders, teachers, and community stakeholders**to identify learning needs and co-create solutions.
- Drive **outreach and business development**efforts to expand programme adoption and secure long-term partnerships.
- Oversee programme delivery standards and ensure consistent quality across trainers.
- Mentor and support Associate Trainers to strengthen facilitation standards.
- Contribute to curriculum innovation and new product development.
- Support the organisation in achieving individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields**preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in **sales, business development, or consulting**is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative and analytical thinker, able to connect performance gaps with solutions.
- Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in diverse environments.

**Other Information**:

- Work arrangement: Fully onsite at our central Singapore office.
- Salary: $3,200 - $3,600 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Employment type: Full-time, direct-hire role.
