We are seeking a
Youth Development Consultant (Adventure)
to join our team onsite at
One Commonwealth, Singapore .
This role is
not a social work or counselling position . It is a
business development and consulting role
focused on engaging
school leaders and educators
to co-create impactful youth development programmes.
You will play a key part in
building partnerships with schools , designing tailored learning interventions, and achieving both individual and team performance targets. If you are passionate about
youth development, consulting, and relationship building , this role offers both challenge and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new opportunities with schools and education partners.
Build strong relationships with principals, school leaders, and key stakeholders.
Assess developmental needs and design targeted
learning strategies and interventions .
Consult with schools to co-create customised solutions and long-term development roadmaps.
Support market analysis and contribute to new product/solution development.
Achieve both
sales targets and consulting outcomes
in line with team goals.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology
(preferred).
Creative and analytical, with ability to
link performance gaps to solutions .
Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
Business acumen with proven focus on
achieving results .
1–2 years' experience in
sales or business development
preferred.
Fresh graduates welcome if they demonstrate strong consulting mindset and people skills.
Applicants with backgrounds only in social work, volunteer management, or eldercare are not suitable for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
S$2,600/month base salary + commission
Performance-based earnings structure
Onsite role at
One Commonwealth
Eligibility
Open to
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
Fully onsite role; remote/hybrid not available
