**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- **Customer Inquiries**:Help respond to basic customer inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person.
- **Order Processing**:Assist in entering and processing customer orders, ensuring details are recorded correctly.
- **Data Entry**:Support data entry tasks, including downloading and verifying information from driver handheld devices.
- **Invoice Support**:Help prepare and issue invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out on time.
- **System Support**:Assist with uploading sales data into the Navision system.
- **E-Invoice Assistance**: Support the process of submitting e-invoices to customers.
- **Driver Coordination**:Assist with coordinating driver schedules and deliveries.
- **General Admin Tasks**:Perform routine administrative duties, such as filing, document organization, and managing sales & marketing work supplies.
**Marketing Support**:
- **Marketing PO and Invoice Support**:Help manage marketing-related purchase orders and invoices.
- **OOS Monitoring**:Assist in tracking out-of-stock (OOS) items and reporting them.
- **Customer Complaints Tracking**:Help log and follow up on customer complaints.
- **Marketing Activities Support**:Provide assistance with marketing events, promotions, and other activities.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure, multi task & independently
