**Responsibilities**
- Oversee operations to ensure smooth transactions, efficient customer service and high quality of service
- Oversee planning and management of appointment slots for unit installations and service maintenance
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment, working closely with management to indent parts and units required for operations
- Assist in customer support efforts through handling customer inquiries, following up on sales leads, and customer aftercare
- Consolidate and report key sales and operation indicators, working closely with management to provide constructive feedback

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
- Operations/Logistics management experience

**Other Requirements**
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability
- Possess strong customer service skills

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- operation or leasing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Singapore Class 3/3A driving license (preferred)
