**Roles & Responsibilities**

**The Position**
- Assist and provide an effective solution to customers' issues.
- Ensure complaint cases are follow-up and managed promptly.
- Coordinate logistics matters with factories in Europe and third-party suppliers which include warehouse management and deliveries.
- To proactively manage customers & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.
- Responsible for documents administration including DO, PO & Invoice.
- Maintain and ensure accurate data entries in MYOB.
- Report generation weekly/monthly and administration support to the General Manager
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**The Person**
- GCE "O" level and above
- Energetic, self-motivated, responsive, meticulous, and tactful.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, positive, proactive, and committed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Highly adaptable and able to work with different departments to achieve the goal.
- Knowledge of CRM will be an added advantage.
- Reports to the General Manager
