Operation Executive

**The essential responsibilities of the Associate - Stock Control include**:
- Ensure all documentations are completed accurately and administrated in accordance to the company policy
- Responsible for stocks accuracy and carry out morning stock-check on High Value Products, stocks in Cage and display set against the System quantity.
- Preparation of Daily Goods Transfer for warehouse daily collection and book into Branch Collection Register, sign-off by delivery contractor and department executive
- Assist in issuing of STN Goods to delivery contractors and respective department executive act as a witness to finalise the release of goods
- Conform to Health & Safety standards, ensure good housekeeping and maintenance
- Any other duties assigned by your superior.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum NITEC qualification
- Minimum 2 years Admin / Retail Management experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Meticulous and experienced in managing stocks and inventory
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word and IT Savvy
- Takes initiative and pride in his/her work
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
