**Job Description**:
As a backend butchery facility servicing the Hotels, Restaurant and Retail market, was established in 2001 with the vision to produce high quality meat products with a relentless pursuit of butchery excellence. From customer facing to back-end operation staffs we are a passionate team of individuals who love our jobs.

Currently we are seeking new team members who are passionate about food, enjoys working as a team, finding solutions to problems, and enjoy being part of a company that is both dynamic and fast paced.

**The required schedule for this position is on 5.5 day week.
**General Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Processing of Retail and Food Service raw meat: including cutting and trimming beef, lamb, pork and poultry ; as well as stuffing and packaging sausages and hams

2. Ensuring a sanitary work environment

3. Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines, and ISO regulations

4. Label product batches accurately

5. Raw Processors will be trained to operate meat processing machinery such as grinders, choppers, bowl cutters and slicers.

6. Complete daily and weekly tasks per the production schedule, communicating with leaders and leads in the department to align priorities and expectations.

- Works with an open mind and have flexibility to shift tasks and re-prioritise under different circumstances
- An independent and motivated individual, who excels in working as a team
- Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete task on hand
- High attention to quality, details and specification requirement of product

**Physical Demands**:
The individual will be exposed to knife skills through training on the job. To learn knife skills and accurate portion cutting is a requirement for the job. Often on the job, the employee is exposed to temperature between 12-15 degree celcius, cutting and packing meat.

Your work environment in a central kitchen requires you to prepare in large batches and observe quality standards and hygiene standards.
