1. All Service Crew duties

2. Onboard, guide and supervise Service Crew on all processes & SOP

3. Tracking and reporting of all employees working hours, overtime & reporting to work on time

4. Responsible for tracking all medical and other leave of all employees as well as reporting on staff who report to work late

5. Escalate any rostering & attendance issue to RM for counseling and handling

6. Assist Managers in daily outlet opening and closing procedures

7. Assist Managers in customer service recovery in the event an accident or complain by guests and/or employees in their absence

8. Complete Incident reports for review/approval by RM

9. Individual table settlement eg control of guest checks and closing reports

10. Timely reporting of daily sales report

11. All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Salary**: From $2,300.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
