Our company is seeking a highly motivated Resident Operations Executive to join our team. As a Residence Operations Executive, you will be responsible for attending to day-to-day operations of our residence, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Residence Operations Executive, you will be required to perform the following duties:

- Oversee maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of the residence.
- Oversee residence matters, ensuring a low risk and optimal operating condition.
- Oversee that the residence comply with safety regulations i.e., clear safety routes, etc.
- Collaborate and liaise with relevant stakeholders for projects and maintenance works.
- Implement procedures to ensure security of inventory and assets.
- Take on specific security duties such as:Conducting patrols of the residence
Note and report security and asset irregularities
Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures
Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies
- Resolve residents complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of office equipment.
- Assume other responsibilities as designated by the Residence Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- NITEC/Higher NITEC in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility or building maintenance, repair and servicing of electrical/mechanical systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Residence Operation Executive, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of property management, including the ability to oversee maintenance and cleanliness, and handle resident complaints and issues with tact and professionalism. You should be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work well with others.
