**About our client**:Our client is an international Engineering Consultancy company.

**About the role**:

- Provide support on stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring positive reputation for the Project and minimize any impact on the timeline;
- Manage Contractors’ PROs (tunnel and link sewers) work and deliverables to ensure consistency in messaging and adheres to the overall public engagement objectives and standards including timely handling of public queries;
- Coordinate and implement public engagement activities and events, working closely with the client’s project and communications teams;
- Develop marketing and communications collateral such as presentations, news releases, newsletters, brochures, social media and videos including managing third-party vendors to deliver high quality deliverables;
- Event management for key project-wide events, from procuring and appointment of third-party vendors to production and execution of events;
- Management of shared project management information system and ensure proper recording and archiving of key project milestones through photography and videography.

**About you**:

- Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience;
- 5 years experience in corporate communications, community engagement, and/or related media roles within a corporate, government, or consultancy setting;
- Related industry experience (construction or engineering) or experience working closely with or in Singapore’s public sector will be an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of marketing/communications/community engagement concepts;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, comfortable with social media as well as good writing and content creation skills.
