Table Tennis is an Olympic and Paralympic sport and is in the programme of the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as of all Multisport Games.

The ITTF is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Finance Manager who has good business acumen and will be responsible for the spectrum of operational tasks and projects under the ITTF Finance department.

**LOCATION**:The position will be based in the ITTF Asia-Pacific offices in Singapore.

**MANAGER**: The ITTF Finance Manager will report to the Director of Operations.

**Financial Duties**:

- Manage and oversee the entire full spectrum of accounting function, including General Ledger, Account Payable, and Account Receivable.
- Perform month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements for all ITTF entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, implementing effective accounts receivable collection strategies to improve cash flow.
- Monitor cashflow positions and ensure adequate cashflow by securing timely payments and collection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and partners to minimise cross-border bank charges.
- Drive continuous process improvements through streamlining workflows and implementing finance systems for automation where feasible.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards, policies and internal control procedures.
- Manage the consolidation process for ITTF entities for reporting purposes.
- To undertake any other tasks as may reasonably be delegated.

**Risk & Compliance**:

- Handle year end audit queries and related audit required assessment.Liaise with tax agents for yearly corporate tax filing as well as preparation for VAT (Switzerland) and GST (Singapore) submissions.

**Accounting Practices and Financial Controls**:

- Develop and uphold internal controls procedures and systems control in line with the Group’s financial policies.
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function, and actively contribute to its implementation.Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems as part of the financial review.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Degree in Accountancy;
- Minimum 10 (ten) years of relevant accounting / audit experience;
- Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Experience with Xero accounting software would be advantageous;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel;
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
- Analytical, meticulous with a keen eye for numbers;
- Ability to work independently.
