JR26394 Manager, Procurement Finance

As a Manager, Finance Procurement at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible to drive savings target setting, tracking and reporting for the global organizations, and ensure business compliance with accounting and procurement policies, controls and guidelines.

You will also be required to provide finance perspective, expertise and analytical support on sourcing, should-cost modelling, and other procurement initiatives.

The role will report to the Director Finance, OPEX & CAPEX Controller and collaborate with global departments across Procurement, Operations and Finance at all levels of the organization.

We are looking for a young leader or individual who had a proven track record of partnering and engaging business on cost savings, should-cost modelling and financial analysis activities and discussions.

**Responsibilities:
**- Drive global savings measurement metrics and mechanisms definition
- Partner businesses on savings targets alignment, and actual savings tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance on accounting and procurement policies, controls and guidelines
- Drive financial analysis on should-cost modelling, sourcing and other procurement initiatives
- Drive zero-based budgeting and cost efficiency metrics for procurement organization
- Provide finance perspectives and expertise on all other procurement related matters

**Qualifications:
**- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field. MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)
- Preferably some leadership experience, ideally in global dispersed team handling sourcing and should-cost and other financial analysis

- Demonstrated capability in building highly effective and engaged teams
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication and presentation skills
