Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for department sales and profit budgets.
- Do site visits, understand customer’s requirements, estimate costs, prepare tender quotations and bill of quantities and submit tender.
- Design landscape and interiorscape work.
- Prepare project maintenance schedules and reports.
- Project co-ordination and site inspections.
- Monitor project progress, calculate materials order materials and ensure delivery.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors and site workers.
- Schedule workers daily jobs and overseas landscape activities at the site.
- Manage and provide guidance to the landscape team.
- Other ad hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience.
- Must be dynamic, pro-active and meticulous.
- Strong leadership quality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Possess good command of written and spoken English.
