  • Manage landscape project and maintenance contracts;
  • Visit the sites according to the daily schedules;
  • Prepare tender submission, attend tender interviews, and ensure that presentations to clients are well-prepared and understand the scope of work;
  • Meet the monthly landscape contract targets;
  • Find clients for landscape services;
  • Attend meetings with horticulturists on-site;
  • Meet with clients to address issues or discuss new contract developments;
  • Work with the director and team to resolve contractual disputes, investigate and resolve or refer disputes/complaints promptly;
  • Conduct meetings with horticulturists and sales teams for contract updates;
  • Review outgoing quotations for projects and maintenance, and monitor their status;
  • Prepare progress claims and verify projects and maintenance work before submission;
  • Assist sales and marketing teams and ensure team responsibilities are fulfilled;
  • Oversee and review quotations, proposals, and conduct site visits;
  • Research market trends, propose new products/services, and develop innovative plans;
  • Ensure all awarded projects have LOA before starting work and discuss requirements with the team;
  • Resolve contract disputes and assess claims for extensions and additional costs;
  • Lead the team in tender processes, including quantity and pricing tabulation;
  • Act as the main contact for clients and site/project managers;
  • Oversee contract planning and execution for resource and manpower optimization;
  • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on outstanding contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the landscape industry or similar;
  • Ability to work under pressure, including outside normal hours and on holidays if needed;
  • Positive, independent, with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
