**Responsibilities**
- To plan, supervise the execution, revise and lead in the orientation planning for JCU Singapore.
- Lead and train the Executive Campus Activities in organization of Orientation programmes and other mass activities.
- Compile and vet all necessary documents needed after the orientation and other campus related activities. Plan & schedule medical check-ups & student pass formalities.
- Lead the communications with ICA, medical clinics and other vendors to ensure the students have a seamless experience from reporting till they obtain the student pass.
- To plan, organize and promote a positive Campus experience for the student population so that there is a sense of belonging to JCU Singapore by facilitating students’ participation in diverse enrichment programs to ensure cross cultural learning experience.
- Guide and supervise the Student Council (SC) election and thereafter to guide and advise them to lead and represent the student body by having several significant SC activities.
- Plan and Supervise Club Drive and encourage students to join and participate in the Student Clubs and Societies.
- Oversee the On Campus and Off Campus student events.
- To lead and supervise the Pre-Arrival services so that students could experience a seamless experience starting from the arrival at the local immigration.
- To take charge of the Pre-Arrival Online System and to from time to time, work with the IT to improve on the system based on the feedback collected from the various stakeholders.
- To continuously source and evaluate the performance of the accommodation providers.

**Key selection criteria**
- Bachelor degree or Diploma with at least 2 years related working experience
- Excellent English communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate in coaching and supporting students in out-of-the-classroom activities.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listener with strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to lead a team of student leaders and motivate them
- IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
