Job Scope
1. Order receipt
Receive customer PO Check the correctness of the price and quantity (whether it is a full box, whether it reaches MOQ, etc.) If it is incorrect and customer.
Communicate with the customer or the salesman until the correct PO is obtained enter the correct PO information into the invoice registration form
2. Do customs clearance information
After receiving the packing list of the factory's customs declaration and the date code of the factory forwarded by Lisa, make the customs clearance information and follow the customer.
Request to send customs clearance information
3. Payment follow-up and recovery
Verify the payment status according to the customer's account period, and register it in the invoice registration form in time after receiving the remittance information notified by the customer.
Timely follow-up of overdue payments.
4. File archiving
After the order is completed, print out paper documents such as customer PO, invoice, bill of lading, etc. in accordance with the accounting audit requirements in a timely manner.
