Warwick Capital Management Ltd. is a proprietary trading firm focused on cryptocurrency trading using algorithmic strategies. We operate across major global exchanges and time zones with a strong emphasis on technology, automation, and operational expertise. As we scale our crypto trading operations, we're seeking a Junior Trading Clerk to support our algorithmic trading desk during European trading hours.

Job Summary: The Junior Trading Clerk will monitor live algorithmic trades across multiple exchanges, ensuring strategies operate smoothly and within defined parameters. No prior market or trading experience is required — we will train the right candidate. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and eager to learn about automated trading systems in a growing market. The person will work directly with the CIO.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor live trading algorithms for stability and execution quality


• Respond to real-time alerts and escalate issues as needed


• Communicate with traders, developers, and risk team to troubleshoot issues


• Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation


• Follow defined operational procedures.

Requirements:


• Strong attention to detail and reliability under time-sensitive conditions


• Excellent communication skills


• Willingness to work full-time during European trading hours


• Basic understanding of crypto or digital assets is helpful, but not required


• Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools is a plus


• Experience with Python is a strong advantage


• Ability to work independently, especially in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:


• Exposure to crypto exchanges or trading platforms


• Experience with monitoring systems, alerting tools, or data dashboards


• Familiarity with trading APIs or basic market terminology (helpful, not required)


• Interest in markets, fintech, or automation


• Experience with data analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Excel
