**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to scale our presence across various platforms.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to guide future strategies.
- Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Content Development**:

- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including user-generated content (UGC) and paid content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency across all channels.
- Identify and implement new and innovative content approaches to captivate our audience.
- Work with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and engagement.

**Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage all aspects of collaborations, from negotiation to execution and performance tracking.
- Develop co-branded campaigns and initiatives that align with both Xandro Lab’s and partners’ goals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while continually seeking new opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and partnerships.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving brand awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
