Plating Lab Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use and/or calibrate and analytical equipment
- Perform chemical analyses on both plating bath and waste plant's discharge
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for purpose of applicability and impact to plating
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results to facilitate improvement of plating
- Carry out chemical maintenance as planned by Chemist
- Support DI/ waste plant operation
- Provide technical support to resolve process and line issue
- Maintain chemical inventory
- Conduct training on handling and analysis of chemical, equipment and instrumentation used

**Requirements**:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or OJT certify by Chemist to perform the task
- Min 3 years' experience in Laboratory work in related chemical industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of chemical safety
- Demonstrated knowledge of analytical instrumentation for electrodeposition
- Ability to train others in proper handling of chemicals
- Ability to train otehrs to perform chemical analysis
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Able to work rotation shift
- Able to commit to work Overtime

Salary package
- Chemical allowance $150
- Perfect Attendance $30
- 12 hours shift: 4 day work week
- Morning Shift: $7.50/day; night shift: $15/day
