**About This Role**:
Forrester’s Office Manager for our Singapore office maintains an organized, pleasant, and functional working environment by providing quick, efficient, and high-quality support. This individual reports to the director, corporate services who is based in London, United Kingdom.

This role covers a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift, Monday to Friday.**:
Office coordination
- Professionally answer main incoming number.
- Maintain Forrester’s inventory (both collateral and stationary).
- Update and maintain Forrester forms and corporate services databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail services (national, international, couriers, interoffice).
- Assist with finance issues, e.g., invoice coding and expenses.

Office facilities
- Supervise the overall presentation of the building and the office environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of flex desks and flex desk booking system.
- Liaise with building management and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient office maintenance.
- Assist with office remodeling.
- Order catering and stationery supplies for the office.
- Order and set up food and beverage needs for company and client events, including workshops, client interactions, quarterly lunch meetings, and office events.
- Assist with internal and external meetings, such as catering, conference calls and AV equipment setup, and room layout.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks and administration.
**Job Requirements**:

- “A” level education or an equivalent experience.
- At least one year of post-education experience, ideally facilities-related.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; the ability to multitask and the willingness to learn and grow.
- A flexible, proactive team player with keen attention to detail and process.
- Sense of professionalism and a friendly, positive attitude representative of Forrester’s values.
