Sales & Carpentry Workshop Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Management**:

- Source and secure new renovation and carpentry projects (B2B & B2C)
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and interior designersEnsure accurate communication between client expectations and workshop execution

**Workshop & Project Oversight**:

- Manage the daily operations of the carpentry workshop
- Plan and coordinate production timelines and delivery schedules
- Supervise workshop team to ensure quality control and safety standards
- Liaise with suppliers for material procurement and inventory managementResolve production or client issues efficiently and professionally

**Reporting & Leadership**:

- Report directly to company director on sales progress and operational status
- Track sales targets, costs, margins, and workshop productivity
- Lead, motivate and grow a small team to meet business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in interior design, carpentry, or renovation industry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, production processes, and site works
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to handle project coordination independently
- Bilingual preferred (English + Mandarin/Malay) for dealing with clients and workers
- Class 3 license an advantage
