**_Responsibilities: _**
- General financial and data analysis on bank and department level business performance, including basic data sorting and processing;
- Prepare financial analysis and reports, perform comparison of actual figures with prior month/year figures as well as the budget figures;
- Analyzing the reason and contributing factors that result in such changes, highlighting issues and problems, and making appropriate recommendations;
- Perform forecast of financial performance on a periodic basis;
- Prepare monthly monitoring and variance analysis reports on department, products and customers performances;
- Assist in carry out budgetary process and ensure that budgetary reports are submitted to management and head office for approval within stipulated time frame, set financial targets for various business units according to HO approved Budget.
- Other adhoc reports and data analysis related jobs.

**_Requirements: _**
- A recognized University Degree, preferably in, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT or programing related fields.
- More than 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably with working experience in banking and financial services industry.
- Self-driven, a team player, good coordination and IT skills are preferred.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skill, proficiency in the use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint /Access.
- Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as incumbent is required to understand Chinese documents from Head Office
