**Responsibilities**
- Host and manage all livestream sessions on TikTok (and other platforms), including backstage coordination
- Utilize TikTok backend tools: set up promotions, run ads, upload product listings, liaise with TikTok Key Account Managers
- Design and maintain live-stream visuals: banners, overlays, interactive elements
- Produce and edit supporting short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) for campaign teasers, brand awareness, and livestream highlights
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and ads to boost viewership and sales
- Work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to support livestream schedules
- Track performance metrics (viewership, engagement, sales) and report against GMV targets (primary KPI)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hosting TikTok (or similar) livestream sessions with strong on-camera presence
- Familiar with TikTok Creator/Shop backend, ad placements, and product catalog management
- Graphic/video editing skills for banners and short-form content
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English required; Mandarin a plus) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with result-oriented approach
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external account managers

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
