**Company Overview**:
First Fun, a leading mobile game developer, is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We create fun, engaging, and visually stunning mobile games, and we're seeking someone who shares our vision and can enhance our marketing efforts through innovative and effective design.

**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Office IT Equipment: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office hardware, including computers, printers, and networking devices. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
- IT Security Setup: Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data encryption protocols. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to safeguard company data and systems.
- Technical Support: Provide second-level support to employees for hardware and software issues. Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose problems, and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Network Management: Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, and routers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Ensure accurate records for auditing purposes and facilitate equipment procurement as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of IT equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software licensing management and domain administration.
- In-depth understanding of IT security principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lark and a solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
