**Role**:
Reporting to the Gaming and Cage Manager, this role is all about people Our people are at the heart of everything and relates to both our customers and our team. You'll be leading by example to ensure our customers receive the best levels of service possible by coaching and developing the team of dealers to achieve the best results they can. In this role you are accountable for the shift-by-shift delivery of an exceptional customer experience and effective utilisation of staff so impeccable organisational skills will be key

**You**:
You'll already be across the casino world with experience working in a gaming role, ideally with knowledge working with gaming machines too. You're someone who is known to shine when it comes to delivering top-notch customer service and one of your main strengths will be your interpersonal and relationship building skills. You'll need to be an adaptable person who is comfortable working within a changing environment. You'll encounter different situations daily, but it'll be your organisational skills and ability to easily problem-solve which will help you succeed in this role.
