**Position Overview**:
**Essential Job Functions**:
- As a Technical Officer, you will assist FEM Manager in planning, scheduling and supervision of service contractors for the routine maintenance of M&E and building services, (air conditioning, lifts, electrical switchboards, standby generators, fire protection equipment, alarm and PA systems, pumps, roofing works, etc.). You will prepare the specifications for tenders and ITQs. You will be responsible for the formulation of risk assessments (RAs) and safe work procedures (SWPs) and liaise with contractors and ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to strictly during the project.You will be involved in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of M&E services and implement best practices, standards, and procedures in all maintenance functionalities. You will assist FEM Manager on fire safety of the Centre including conducting fire drills and updating of emergency response plan, etc. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis and monitoring of utilities particularly the air-conditioning system performance as required by the authorities.You will assist FEM Manager in planning of training road maps and organize in-house training. You will involve in cross departmental projects with respect to exhibition and event teardowns, setups, media previews and opening ceremonies. Liaise with tenants and Tenancy Officer for all tenants’ renovation works and daily issues with regards to FM services**Requirements**:
