We’re on a mission to help enterprises securely digitally transformation so they can benefit from the latest IoT and technologies. We help secure all the types of IoT devices found in our customer environments such as advanced information technologies (IT) IoT in office environments to the plant floor where we secure Operational Technology (OT) networks and devices.

This role works with the Microsoft Defender for IoT team, which is at the forefront of helping protect the Industrial Networks and technologies that our modern world depends upon to literally keep the lights on.

Examples of these environments are manufacturing, utilities, energy, oil & gas, food & beverage, transportation, chemical, real estate and more. Additionally, we work to secure the diverse ecosystem of smart devices and IoT networked devices in these environments as well.

We are looking for passionate and experienced problem solver who can work with our customers and prospects to help them solve their critical challenges in securing their transformational projects.

- Be a key representative and evangelist of our product team with customers in collaboration with our internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively identify and engage with key customer technical decision makers and influencers (e.g., C-level) in tandem with our product and sales teams to help identify opportunities to accelerate opportunities and ultimately help customers achieve their desired goals.
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and their specific context to help them solve critical challenges, remove technical blockers and help to create stratigic initiatives to accelerate the sale cycle.
- Engage with the partner community and partner team to create alignment as needed.
- Act as trusted strategic advisor for internal teams: Product, Global Black Belts (pre-sales), Customer Experience and others. Represent the customer point-of-view and advise teams on how to best achieve the desired outcome of the customer.
- Demonstrates product capabilities and delivers working sessions with customers and partners to educate and ensure a high-level of working knowledge of our offerings.
- The job requires a very strong international customers engagement and technical hands-on skills.

**Qualifications**:
Who we are looking for?
- Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.
- Engineering experience in the networking, architecture & communication protocols
- Proven Sales oriented or Business Development experience
- Deep cyber security knowledge and discussion capabilities
- Excellent partner/customer relationship management and solution development skills
- Strong presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences
- Excellent Presales/TAM/Solution Architecture experience working with international Engineering and C-level stakeholders
- Quick learner, "outside the box" thinking, self motivated and able to adapt to different challenging situations
- Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
