As a** Service Delivery Executive (Finance), **you will support the Service Delivery Director and play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes for Service Delivery. This position involves working with financial data, preparing reports, analyzing trends, and assisting in budget and forecast preparation. This role requires a blend of managerial and financial acumen, focusing on optimizing service delivery and driving profitability

What will you do?
- Monitor and manage the P&L for the service delivery, ensuring financial targets are met (revenue, profitability, and cost control).
- Develop and manage the budget for service delivery, ensuring efficient resource allocation and minimizing operational costs.
- Conduct financial analysis to track service profitability, including revenue recognition, cost analysis, and margin improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize the use of resources and reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with different Service Delivery Managers to gather data and provide financial advice support.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Help prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budgeted or forecasted amounts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- At least 3-5 years of prior experience in finance / finance reporting
- Experience supporting projects in a IT Consulting / Services company Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
