**ABOUT AsiaNext (Asia Digital Exchange)**

Asia Digital Exchange (AsiaNext) envisions to become a trusted digital exchange for institutional clients in Asia and globally by offering an integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for crypto-currencies and digital assets. The joint venture between SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) and SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. will provide an institutional-grade environment to initially trade crypto-currency assets and later to issue, trade and custodies digital assets as well as enable the tokenization of existing securities and non-bankable assets.

AsiaNext is set to directly target the institutional demand or trading cryptocurrency assets, as well as the gowing demand for public and private regulated digital assets and securities. It will leverage the extensive networks of SIX Digital Exchange in Switzerland and Europe, and SBI in the Asian marketplace, as well as their joint expertise in facilitating Institutional clients’ needs. Both SIX and SBI have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through several previously launched initiatives in the space.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform daily transactional accounting and timely closing of month-end/quarter-end/year-end accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports with variance analysis, schedules and reconciliations.
- Prepare GST submissions.
- Handle audit and corporate tax related matters.
- Develop and coordinate inputs for budgeting, forecasting and projections.
- Prepare MAS reporting (CMSL & RMO).
- Set up accounting systems, workflows and internal controls.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent and ICPAS CA.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 2 years in audit.
- Good working knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
- Experience in Fintech industry, banking, MAS reporting (CMAL & RMO) will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge with ERP systems, such as Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One.
- Good leadership qualities with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn, work independently, be pro-active and willing to be hands-on in work deliverables to meet timeline
