DotBio is a highly innovative biopharmaceutical company with a mission to predict the most effective multi-functional antibody therapies cancer therapies and derisk the clinical development process. The company generates hundreds of multi-functional antibodies with good developability and screen them in parallel in high-throughput phenotypic assays (HTPAs) against diverse cancers. This combinatorial targeting approach allows to interrogate many immuno-oncology target combinations in parallel, generating a stack of data that can be analysed to identify the most potent and derisked antibodies to move into the clinic.
**DotBio is currently looking for a self-driven, dynamic and independent Scientist to join our Antibody Validation group. The job will entail designing and executing diverse immuno-oncology assays to validate antibody molecules preclinically.
- Minimum MSc with 4 years of relevant working experience or PhD graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience with immuno-oncology assay development is a must.
- Mammalian cell culture experience is a must.
- Experience with immune cell culture and isolation is a must.
- Experience with flow cytometry is a plus.
- Good collaborative skills are required.
- Effective organization, synthesis and reporting are required.
