**About DotBio**:
DotBio is a highly innovative biopharmaceutical company with a mission to predict the most effective multi-functional antibody therapies cancer therapies and derisk the clinical development process. The company generates hundreds of multi-functional antibodies with good developability and screen them in parallel in high-throughput phenotypic assays (HTPAs) against diverse cancers. This combinatorial targeting approach allows to interrogate many immuno-oncology target combinations in parallel, generating a stack of data that can be analysed to identify the most potent and derisked antibodies to move into the clinic.
**DotBio is currently looking for a self-driven, dynamic and independent Senior Scientist to join our Antibody Discovery group. The job will entail generating antibody _in vitro _libraries, selection of new antibody molecules and their characterization, as well as the development of new innovative technologies to expand DotBio’s platform capabilities.
- Minimum MSc with 10 years of relevant working experience or PhD with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with _in vitro _selection technologies and library creation is a must.
- Strong molecular biology background is a must.
- Good collaborative skills are required.
- Effective organization, synthesis and reporting are required.
- FACS expertise is a plus.
- Yeast display experience is a plus.
- Experience leading team is a plus.
