**Responsibilities**
- **Oversee, document and implement the safety aspect of the ride according to BCA under ARSA (Amusement Ride Safety Act)**:

- Recommend and supervise the upgrading and maintenance projects of the sports centre.
- Ensure memorable, fun and safe experiences for all customers, develop creative and innovative programs and concepts with strong customer retention.
- Review and propose plans for creating business opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs and driving efficiency.
- Create, review, and enhance SOP, manuals, and processes, establish and maintain team competencies in systems and processes.
- Achieve financial and budgetary goals and targets i.e. revenue, manpower cost, expenses etc.
- Ensure all areas are kept and maintained in a safe, clean, tidy and organized environment
- Provide coaching and guidance to team and fulfil all training needs for their future development

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years of experience in amusement-related industry in customer facing or operations role
- Proven experience in leading business and operational processes, including P&L, budgeting, financial analysis, operations/strategic planning and as a ride manager.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
