Technical Operations Manager


Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Manager to oversee the management of technical staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluations. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of technology strategy, manage and optimize technical resources, maintain and troubleshoot technical systems and infrastructure, communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensure quality and reliability of technical systems and processes, identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
