Convergent, a leading IT distribution company, is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. We specialize in providing Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and a wide range of IT products to construction contractors and other industry professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities by visiting construction contractors and presenting our range of UPS and IT products.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; however, experience in the IT or construction industry is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
