**Working hours**: 7am-4pm

**Working days**:4days 1off work pattern

**Salary**:Gross up to $2500 per month

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients for doughs production, including measuring, mixing, and scaling.
- Learn and follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Operate mixing equipment and other bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor dough fermentation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- No experience required (On-job-training will be provided).
- MUST be physically fit (as required to carry heavy loads and standing of long hours)
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow precise recipes and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
