We’re searching for a **Principal Engineer** to be part of our **Diffusion **Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to Provide facilities technical support pertaining to the control and life safety systems in wafer fabrication as to ensure continuous operations of the facilities system at the required performance level or specifications.

**What you will be working on**:

- Responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion WET Equipment Module.
- Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.
- Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.
- Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
- Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
- Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
- Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.

**More about you**:

- Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in WET equipment or related module
- Highly motivated & strong team player
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
