Temporary Cluster Assistant Paymaster

**Job Discription**
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all team members and casual labours
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times of all information related to payroll records
- Coordinate with the Human Resources team to maintain a complete and accurate database of employee particulars and salary details
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained before making any changes to payroll data and employee records
- Review daily timesheets of all team members and raise queries to supervisors for any discrepancies noted
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll journal entries for posting and updating into accounting records
- Responsible for the Hotel’s daily cash collection and to issue, control and maintain all Hotel cash floats in accordance to the policies and procedures
- Carry out regular collection of cash and daily banking of cash and cheque receipts
- Maintain proper records of cash receipts and banking transactions
- Calculate and pay out F&B tips to all eligible cashiers on monthly basis
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Cluster Paymaster as and when required

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 1 years of working experience as Paymaster or other similar position
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour law and policies
- Flexible with working hours and possess a strong commitment to ensure reporting timelines are met
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Professional and able to maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to payroll
- Fluent in both written and spoken English to meet business needs
