Executive/Snr Executive, Contracts & Log Support

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor Capital (CAPEX) and Operating (OPEX) expenditure
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX spending within approved budget
- Monthly review of Finance transactions to ensure costs are correctly charged to the right GL code and Cost Centre
- Assist in month end closure and prepare accruals data to Finance
- Monthly billing such as ECLO, Inter-companies and other PTOs
- Assist and compile data for annual budget exercise
- Quarterly budget reporting to Management and follow up with respective sections for any action items
- Present quarterly budget review in Power BI dashboard
- Contract Management
- Provide administrative support and Secretarial Duty
- Support for any events organized by SMRT if required
- Any other appointment/tasks assigned

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Finance or Accounting fields
- Diploma or Degree in related fields

**Skills**
- MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in Power BI dashboard creation and SAP will be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or in a team
