About The Team
The Global Payment team of TikTok provides payment solutions -- including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform.

What You'll Do
- Check and review name screening alerts escalated from level 1 investigators.
- Conduct investigations to appropriately resolve potential matches generated by the screening system on transaction level and customer due diligence level.
- Draft clear rationale of alert disposition decisions.
- Assist program leader in preparing data and statistics for weekly/monthly summaries and reports.
- Prepare and/or file blocked property report with OFAC or other authorities where applicable.
- Support CDD, KYC, PDD and customer risk rating processes and related investigative activities and resulting documentation.

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Law, Finance, Economy or related field.
- 3+ years related experience in name screening alerts clearing and disposition, preferably in payment companies or banks.
- Good knowledge of the requirements and scope of major sanction regimes worldwide.
- Great written skill, able to draft reports concisely and articulately with clear logic.
- Prior experience in payments/fintech is mandatory
