Job Title: Name Screening Analyst

As a critical component of our risk management framework, the Name Screening Analyst will play a vital role in identifying and mitigating potential risks to our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of name screening alerts against internal and external watchlists.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of name screening alerts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective name screening procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of screening outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in AML name screening or financial crime compliance within a banking environment preferred.
