- A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Install and operate our IAG services on enterprise-level infrastructure by collaborating with project and support teams
- Architect design and develop our central global Alice IAG eco-system, be part of our DevOps team and take over responsibility for a specific Alice Use-Case as a product owner.
- Work with the software engineering team in driving innovative approaches to solving complex problems. Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts. Maintain live product availability and provide support.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage our Development teams in Germany and Mercedes-Benz India in an agile approach (SCRUM and SAFE Framework)
- Cooperate closely with the rest of IT Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture and Security teams.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent with emphasis in Computer/Information Science or Information Technology or Cyber Security
- 3 - 6 years of experiences in IT Architecture and Cyber Security or Product development.
- Very strong working knowledge of cloud native platforms like Docker and Kubernetes and microservice architecture
- Strong Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring solutions like AppDynamics, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus
- Experience with Service management tools like ServiceNow
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) / federation integration tools (PingIdentity), protocols like (SAML, OIDC, WS Fed), and multifactor authentication (MFA) solutions (PingID) as well as the knowledge about Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) will be a plus.
- Great attitude, open mind and great willingness to learn new things. We expect that you will be able to takeover responsibilities and show initiatives, bring your own ideas within the workflow and transform to a real Security Ninja.
- Knowledge to work with and manage agile development teams (SCRUM, SAFE Framework, DevOps)
- Excellent communicator, able to engage and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders.
- Optional: Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Authorization tools, like GEMS, in case of given Mercedes-Benz internal experience
