- Understand systems operations environment and drive Infrastructure Review Processes
- Manage infrastructure services to support systems environments
- Provide day-to-day IT operations and other tasks assigned in a professional, helpful, courteous and timely manner while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support incident management practices by ensuring that requests are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service desk policies, processes, and procedures to improve service desk delivery operations.
- Deliver excellent level of technical resolutions related Server, Networking & PC.
- Assist in IT infrastructure-related projects (e.g., technology upgrades, new hardware and software deployments, e-learning, user training) as needed

- Experience should cover following;
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure/ IT industry
- Administration knowledge and experience for IT infrastructure (On Prem - Wintel Server, Cisco Switches/Controller/Access point, Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewall, Linux and PC | Cloud - Azure, AWS, M365, Cisco
Cloud Security, Citrix VDI)
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill in English, Japanese (Optional)
- Not expect as a common team player, he/she should have a potential to be a technical specialist with high communication skills and well minded about team
- working
- Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation
- Able to travel on short notice according to requirements
- On Prem Knowledge
- Wintel Server, Cisco Switches/Controller/Access point, Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewall, Linux and PC (Administration level knowledge)
- Cloud Knowledge - Azure, AWS, M365, Cisco Cloud Security, Citrix VDI (Administration level knowledge)
- Hardware knowledge
- HPE Server, Storage | Dell Server, Storage (Administration level knowledge)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 platform Technologies (Administration level knowledge)
- Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) (Administration level knowledge)
- Backup Technologies (Veeam & Symantec) (Administration level knowledge)
- Microsoft Windows PC OS 10 platform Technologies (Advanced level knowledge)
- Microsoft SQL Database (Administration level knowledge)
- Oracle Database management (Administration level knowledge)
- Network Routing / SD WAN / Firewall Policy (Administration level knowledge)
- AWS Certified with Solution Architect Associate or Professional (Optional)
- Azure Certified with Administrator Associate or Solution Architect Expert (Optional)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (Optional)
