Manage documentation flow for contractors’ management
- Register of dockets, update and compilation for monthly report
- Responsible for keeping budget and expenditure records, highlight any over spending
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
**Requirements**:
- Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with external parties
- Minimum GCE N Level with a pass or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as clerical support staff
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Location is in West area
- Able to start within short notice
- Singaporeans are welcome to apply
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
