**Job Description**:
**About the job**

You will support and inspire the good flow teams in the stores to secure availability, efficient execution of the replenishment process and fulfilling customer orders in the stores. You will work together with the Supply & Availability team, to coordinate and optimize goods flow & recovery operations and space utilization in the stores resulting in the highest level of availability of products in good condition at the lowest total cost.

**Your assignment**
- Accountable to lead, coach, and develop an inspiring and motivating work environment within the goods flow and recovery matrix, supporting with necessary tools, methods and functional competence development needs.
- Support the stores with pre-requisites being in place for the execution of the receiving, storing, replenishment, and customer order fulfilment processes, as well as securing continuous improvement of the operations, with a focus on quality and efficiency to secure the lowest possible operational cost.
- Contribute to the best possible customer shopping experience by securing efficient fulfilment operations are carried out with a customer focus in mind. Key focus areas are availability, quality/ stock accuracy, merchandising excellence, picking, packing and handover precision.
- Support excellence in the store’s recovery and quality processes. Support a continuous improvement of the operations with a focus on quality, and efficiency to secure that recovery teams prioritize the back to stock process, maximizing the store’s profitability.

- Able to manage a high volume and agile retail environment, reaching the desired effect of result.
- Able to make things happen with speed, simplicity and flexibility even in unpredictable situations.
- Securing optimization of operational performance while keeping tactical plans in view.
