**About the job**
We want to fill this position with an extremely commercial and customer-focused enthusiast who shares our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”.
This individual must have a passion for range and supply chain and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly changing retail environment.

**Your assignment**
- Responsible for coordinating the commercial range including the range renewal process and aligning the offered range in each selling unit with the agreed range and initiating corrective actions in cooperation with Sales Leaders.
- Support the range change implementation in the stores (News and outgoing process) ensuring NEWs are sales start on time and outgoing are sell out by PCD (Product Change Date).
- Provide information on range deviation every PCD and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with Sales leaders.
- Safeguard availability through monitoring replenishment parameters for new products (NEWS).
- Work closely with Product Requirements & Compliance Specialist to ensure the regulated NEWS products could sales start on time in the selling units.
- Develop local improvements in working methods, systems and tools to implement global routines, system solutions and ways of working with all partners in Supply Chain, Selling team and Store matrix.
- Responsible for securing the full range is available to customers at all touchpoints through excellent range administration and maintenance connected to news, seasonal, running and discontinue arts.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- 2-3 years working experience in retail, range management and supply chain.
- Energetic, highly passionate for home furnishings and have a strong desire to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge.
- A strong team player who can also act and work independently with a flair of engaging people at all levels and different functions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and fulfil deadlines, meticulous and able to multi-task and possess good time management skills.
- Good communication and coaching skills
- Proficient in the use of systems and tools such as PCM, DSP, MVBC, OMS, SCM and Microsoft Office - in particular Excel (advanced level).
