THE ROLE

This individual is responsible for execution of compounding chemicals. He should be able understand the flow of mixing and work harmoniously with the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The incumbent manages the chemicals with the objective of minimize the mixing plant downtime, as well as assist technician on the BFS machine in times of shortage manpower.
- This position reports directly to the Chemical Process Supervisor.
- The incumbent works closely with CP Supervisor on matter of mixing priorities, manpower allocation, machinery documentation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the machinery.
- The incumbent is responsible for mixing process.
a. Need to countercheck raw material needed for the mixing.
b. Maintain the tanks and surrounding area free of dirt.
c. Coordinate with group to do inline cleaning in place and steam in place.
d. Documentation for RMR including bubble point test and chemical weighing.
e. Regeneration of RO water system
- The incumbent is responsible for mixing flow, mixing plant breakdown and daily routine mixing plant. He should be able to understand the piping system of the plant tank and know to prepare the valves from the mixing area going to BFS machine. Must know how to collect water from the mixing plant going to BFS machine.

- Diploma in chemical field
- Minimum of 1 - 2year experience in cleanroom area and pharmaceutical field.
