Documentation Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
In the foreign trade settlement business, the buyer and the seller rely on the documents and certificates used in the import and export business to handle the delivery, transportation, insurance, commodity inspection, foreign exchange settlement and other work of the goods. The Singapore business company receives the order from the company's customer and sends it to our branch or company in other countries.
- Responsible for the production of import and export related documents;
- Collect and organize various documents, complete the processing of documents such as delivery notes, orders, and bills of lading, and perform basic data entry and filing;
- Track the delivery of each shipment, and check the relevant data;
- Timely and accurately contact the freight forwarding company for packing and delivery to the warehouse;
- Assist participating banks in foreign exchange settlement, and cooperate with finance to achieve safe foreign exchange collection and payment, foreign exchange verification and tax refund tracking.
Qualifications:
1. Need to speak Chinese and English
2. Majors in international trade and business English, with certain basic financial knowledge, foreign trade document operators are preferred;
3. Proficient in English oral and written expression skills, proficient in operating common office software;
4. The work style is meticulous and rigorous, with strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
Working time : 5 days /week
