We are Singapore's premiere cheese specialty shop (brick & mortar shops and online portals) providing natural cheeses and other natural foods at affordable prices, our aim is for everyone to find a style of cheese that they love.

We are looking for a Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, the role will be supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring excellent standards in warehouse and logistics operations.

**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for helping to manage deliveries to stores, managing existing warehouses, fulfilment of orders from online channels.
2. Develop and execute projects to improve operation, explore new technological opportunities and reduce cost.
3. Manage the level and shelf life of inventory items.
4. Interact with retail and wholesale teams to avoid expired items.

**Job Requirements/ Competencies**
- Able to work operations hours (9.30am - 6.30pm) for 5 days / week which needs to include at least 1 weekend day
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, Inventory Management System.
- Preferable to have Class 3 driving license
- Willingness to work in physical environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, able to work well in team environment
- Be comfortable with working in SME environment
